Pollution is more of a symptom than a fundamental cause. [Theresa May has tried to do similar in the UK.] Remove your inequitable court injunctions against the Labrador Land Protectors who are in court today thanks to your legislation. They are not criminals. It is the policies and practices of your Government, Justin Trudeau that need to become fair for all. Further Comments (now also posted on Trudeau’s Facebook page]Justin Trudeau [and Dwight Ball’s] purported claim is that they make evidence-led decisions. The above speech, whilst sounding very nice and apparently believable is in fact nothing of the sort in my humble opinion.It is deceitful and absolutely misleading by what it leaves out - for example the politically manipulated, restricted terms of reference of the Muskrat Falls Inquiry…by without any hint of exaggeration, the repeated ecological destruction and cultural genocide that continues to be inflicted by callous mercury poisoning upon people in Asabiinyashkosiwagong Nitam-Anishinaabeg Grassy Narrows First Nation and by the disgusting impact of massive methane production by hydro megadam projects in northern Manitoba, Peace River, Site C British Columbia and currently at MistaShipu or Lower Churchill Grand River (Colonial English) Muskrat Falls in Newfoundland and Labrador.

However, Trudeau’s appeal to young people to act regarding cutting pollution and further details about how to cut pollution is to be applauded for what it is. But to dress up cutting pollution as a one-cure-for-all is absolutely shameful and dishonourable behaviour from a Prime Minister of Canada.
