Here we are in the 21st Century and yet inexcusable Sexism floats around on a daily basis, spewed from the mouths of homines who are old enough and ugly enough to know better.
Us women still put up with boring Sexist crap in the work place, the banter and the inappropriate touching but, when it is headline news and being doled out by the head honchos, it is really is very worrying.
In the hallowed halls of Westminster … from the chauvinist lips of the Chancellor of the Exchequer …
Oh Mr Hammond … hang your head in shame … at least Mrs May rose in defence of women, as well as finding her sense of humour, when she piped up …
“Chancellor, I am going to take your shovel away from you.” The funniest thing I have heard her say since ‘Brexit means Brexit.’
And from Washington DC … sexist comments and President Trump go hand in hand, along with his protracted hand shakes … the latest gaffe … that I am aware of … ‘Madame Macron … you are in such good shape.’
It’s everywhere and even on my home turf … the CEO of Digital Jersey, Tony Moretta, has thrown all his Dr Who toys out of his pram because our beloved timelord is returning as a woman. Congratulations Jodie Whittaker by the way.
Guys … you may be stronger than us physically but your outdated sexist jibes are just pathetic and we are sick of them … just remember …
