I am always excited for Wednesdays.  

QiGong first thing in the morning sets me up for a high Energy day.  Just one hour of mental stillness can trigger a week’s worth of energy.

For that 60 minutes, my mind is in a clear, pure place.  With my head in the sky and my feet on the Earth, I feel the Qi surging through my veins.  My mind is the clearest it has been for years and I can thank QiGong for that.
