A new creation, made by me, delicious, easy and quick to make. Bulgur with tuna, two ingredients that I personally could eat almost everyday.
- Cook up about 3dl bulgur in 6dl water (1dl is 1 portion)
- Heat up some oil or butter in a wok pan
- Crush a large garlic cube into the melted butter
- Chop a handful of mushrooms, tomatoes and a bunch of asparagus into 2's or 3's and add them to the pan
- Chop a whole red onion and add to the frying vegetables
- Once the vegetables have gone soft, add a couple of handfuls spinach into the wok pan
- Mix the vegetables with cumin, tabasco, cayenne pepper and a dash of basil and let cook together for a couple of minutes
- Add 1dl (or more if preferred) cream to the wok and a dash of fish sauce and let once again cook together on its own for a couple of minutes
- When the spinach is soft, add a can of tuna to it and mix together
- Once the bulgur has finished cooking, add it to the wok and mix it all together
- Ready to serve!
Noah loved it, and probably ate three full potions of it. It goes down easily and it just as delicious for both children and adults.
