Interview with Robin Khokhar from TrickyEnough.com

This is going to be the first ever interview on this blog and I would like to host Robin Khokhar from Tricky Enough.

I have seen him growing personally from ground to a level when I see his few posts coming to first page of Google Search – something people carve for.

Robin has been moving up very quickly with his knowledge and I would like to share more about him here today.

1. First of all, please share a bit about you, what do you do besides blogging and how you get into blogging?

My Name is Robin Khokhar and I became a full-time blogger an year before. When I was a part-time blogger, I use to work in a Local SEO company as an SEO expert. But Then I decided to give up my job and became a full-time blogger.

And recently I have started a new Project beside the blogging. It’s also an online website which aims to provide free images and ideographic for the websites, blogs, and banners. And the Name of that website is Pixa Ocean.

2. When you were first introduced to the WordPress blogging platform?

WordPress is a fantastic platform. I don’t think that there is any other platform which can take the place of Wordpress. I have used many content management systems, but there is no other platform better than it. I was introduced to the WordPress when I was in the Final year of my College and just from then I am using the WordPress and enjoying this excellent platform. And I have developed more than two dozens of websites with WordPress platform only till now. And Even my new website is on WordPress.
3. How did your Blogging journey started?

I was working for a Local company as an SEO expert and I was not paid much, I use to earn a lot for my boss and my boss use to give me only one-tenth of the Income. So, at that time I decided to start my own Blog that is tricky enough, And just after few months, after starting my blog, I gave up my job and became a full-time blogger.

Another reason I started my Blog was, like when some bloggers and even one of my friend was earning money online by just having their own blogs. So, I believe that it was worth risking my job. And Today I am earning a very good amount from my Blog and through my earning from that blog I have also started a new Project.

4. Every website has a back story behind it. Tell us story of trickyenough.com. What motivated you to start it?

Yes, there is a story for sure. While working in a Local SEO company I was trying to do something big by which I earn and travel. So, by seeing the other bloggers and taking inspirations from the bloggers like Harsh Agrawal, Philip Vargese Ariel and Neil Patel, I decided to star a blog. And started this Blog in the month of October 2015, on 5th day of the month. Then for the first three months I earned nothing , but after three months I was able to get money for my expenditure. But now after almost one and half-year, I am earning more than enough.

5. What networking do you do that you feel helps your online business?

Networking is the key to success. And I will share with all the techniques that I use to get more traffic for my Blog.

Facebook (posting in different Facebook groups)

Sharing the Content on sites like Reddit and Tumblr.

And one of my secret (Triberr)

6. If there was one thing that you wish you knew before you started the site, what would that be?

There were many thing s which i didn’t know about blogging before actually starting the Blog. It will be a long list. So, I will be providing you with answer that there are many things which I learned after I started my blog.

7. Where do you see WordPress Five years from now.

As, I mentioned that I love this platform and if the WordPress continues to be free, Then It is going to be far better for sure and also more easy to use.

8. Are you using any paid tools beside the free ones? What are the tools that you use anyway and like the most?

I am not using any paid tools at all. I think the tools like Google keyword planner, Google webmaster tool and Google Analytics has been a big help for me.

9. How are you monetizing your website right now and how do you plan in future?

I am using a Plugin named Quick Adense to monetize my Google Ads perfectly.

10. What would be your suggestion to the fellow bloggers which can boost their traffic or help them grow?

I would suggest them to follow the laws of the Google if they want to be at the top for a long run. I will advice them to write unique content and stick to the white hat techniques which Google likes the most.

11. Can you share your website traffic stat and earning currently with the readers?
Surely, My blogs per day traffic is from 1500 to 3000 unique visitors per day. And there is not fixed amount of income from my blog, It vary depending on the number of clicks and impressions on the Google ads.

12. What would your thoughts be on becoming full-time blogger?

From last One year I am a full-time blogger. And Becoming a full-time blogger means that we are going to make more money for sure.

I am sure 1500-3000 unique visits a day might not sound amazing numbers for you but the numbers are increasing and I am sure Robin will go high and higher with these numbers.

Also, as Robin said, we don’t really need to invest money if we don’t want to, to be successful or to at least start earning money.

I hope this inspire to every blogger out there who is beginning their blogging journey.
