A peek inside!

An info packet listed each of the products in April’s box, along with descriptions and company/artisan background info for each one.

Ballyshane Studio Small Ballyshane Serving Board County Carlow, Ireland

Founded by husband and wife William and Cheryl McHutcheon, Ballyshane offers a variety of uniquely handcrafted pieces inspired by the beauty of Ireland. This 11 x 9 x 1 inch serving board was crafted from 100% Irish Beech wood and features a raw edge that shows off the texture of the wood’s bark. The one of a kind piece can be used for serving everything from antipasti, cheeses, hors d’oeuvres, and more.

Soilse “A Soft Day” Candle Co. Meath, Ireland

Soilse (Irish for “light”) is a collection of 100% soy wax candles created by Karen Lavelle, an Irish designer who wanted to capture the scents of Ireland and share them with the world. Each of her candles are inspired by an iconic Irish place of great beauty such as the Donegal countryside, West Cork hydrangeas, and Connemara mist. “A Soft Day” invokes the natural sweet scent of an Irish meadow after a summer shower with notes of hydrangea & fern. It has a burn time of approximately 40 hours and burns clean without any black smoke.

Jando Dublin Town “Ha’penny Bridge” Tote Bag Dublin, Ireland

Designed by artist Owen McLoughlin, this “Ha’penny Bridge” tote was screenprinted in Ireland on 100% Fair Trade organic cotton. It measures 37cm wide by 44cm tall with handles long enough to ensure the bag can be worn over the shoulder. It’s ideal for taking to the farmer’s market, library, or anywhere that a sturdy tote would come in handy.

Another unique selection of Irish-made items from Sealed With Irish Love Box! The handcrafted serving board was a nice surprise and I absolutely LOVE the scent of my new soy wax candle.
