December 2017 Gentleman’s Box review time!
If you haven’t heard, Gentleman’s Box is a men’s subscription box that delivers a monthly selection of essentials designed for the modern gentleman. Each box will consist of 4 to 6 hand-selected products for men, accompanied by a one-year subscription to GQ magazine (US and Canada only). To pay homage to the iconic men of the world, a new gentleman is selected as each month’s theme. The products inside each Gentleman’s Box are picked to reflect the class and style of that month’s featured individual. Items can include wardrobe accessories such as ties, cufflinks, pocket squares, & socks, as well as grooming supplies like lotions, cleansers, and fragrances.

Everything was shipped in a small red box with an allover Gentleman’s Box logo design.
A peek inside!
An info booklet let subscribers know which “iconic gentleman” was being honored in December’s box (spoiler: Robert Downey Jr.!). The booklet was also loaded with plenty of information including product info, style inspiration, holiday game ideas, and more.
Allen Young Tie ($29)
This heather gray tie is made of 100% cotton and is soft as buttah! It features a classic polka dot pattern in a subtle dark brown color. A very versatile piece that lends itself to an unlimited array of both sophisticated and casual looks.
Gentlemen of the North Scarf ($35)
A necessary accessory to help get you through the blustery winter days, this cozy scarf will keep you warm while looking cool. 😉 It’s made of a wool & cotton blend and features a blue & white plaid design with decorative fringe for added flair.
Ace of Spades Accessories Earbuds ($65)
These snow white earbuds are accented with gold accents for a sleek, clean look. They have a built-in microphone, volume control, and multi-function button support. You can never have too many earbuds!
Ozone Design Socks ($18)
Roughly 80% of my current rotation of socks are from Gentleman’s Box and I’m totally fine with that. 😉 My husband prefers solid black (or very close to it), so I happily take ownership of pretty much every non-black pair — including these soft & cozy striped ones. These are made with a cotton/nylon/spandex blend and are incredibly comfy. Your loss, husband!
Soletie Smoking Pipe Tie Bar ($15)
Fitting with the theme, December’s box included a silver & black smoking pipe tie bar from Soletie. A fun piece to lend a little whimsey to your workday look.
