December 2017 Sips By Review

So I must take a moment to let you Dolls know how sorry I am for the recent rash of disappearing reviews. In the process of purging drafts of November/December reviews, somehow the actual published posts and the drafts were deleted from the system. I’m working to restore what I can and rewrite the rest so don’t be surprised if you see several older posts pop up throughout January! I’m trying to straighten up this mess as quickly as possible and keep the new and old reviews rolling along so please bare with me! On that note, let’s dive into the December Sips By box!

Sips By, who kindly sent me this box for Review, is a monthly tea subscription service. Upon signup, you will take a short survey to help the folks at Sips By customize the teas in your box. The monthly cost is $15 and it will include 4 different tea picked just for you. That's enough to make a good 15+ cups!

Included is a detailed information card that lists each of the items featured in your December selections. I love the personal touch on this!

Yatra Tea Company —- A high caffeine black tea from  Sakhira Gardens in Nepal. It was founded in 2000 by a small group of farmers & focuses on harvesting high quality Orthodox black tea.

Pukka —- This is just a little extra goodie in this months box, It's a refreshing and wonderfully aromatic tea with notes of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger.

Teapigs —- This packaging is so cute! It's a caffeine free brew made with apple cinnamon, apple Pomace, roasted chicory root, citric acid, Sweet blueberry leaves, and a host of other natural flavors, It's perfect for these cold winter nights.

Tiesta Tea —- This is a totally new flavor for me. It's a high caffeine black tea made with chocolate chunks, ginger, cinnamon pumpkin cubes, natural flavors, cloves, chili peppers, cardamom, pink peppercorns, and marigold petals.

Micacao —- A caffeine free tea made from organic cacao shells and nibs. It's a popular drink in tropical regions of Central and South America. it's a light flavor with a hint of chocolate and packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

As always, Sips By has included a generous amount of disposable tea bags. I greatly appreciate that.

I think that I enjoyed the December box selections even more that last months picks. They manage to find teas that are spot on with my personal tastes which is actually not a common occurrence (I have high standards when it comes to food and drink). I really love this subscription!
