Creating beautiful things in hot glass by blowing into it is a special crafts that requires a lot of training, and no technology will ever be able to create what these craftspersons do, but with this idea we can all come close. The concept is as following:

You can control how much air that comes info the glass, while it rotates on the stick. At the same time you can alter the shape by pushing sticks back and forward. It should be possible to program and automate this process aswell.
