SOME ADVERSE EFFECTS OF SLOW POISONS ON YOUR HEALTH

Your Body will reject whatever it considers as being alien to your health. It does this by the following means:
1. Isolation in water - For those elements that dissolve in water, your body can "jail" any such enemies or "invaders" by surrounding them with enough water. Indeed, the starting point can sometimes be the mouth. Simply watch a person eating highly spiced food. The resulting irritation in his mouth forces him to keep taking more and more sips of water. This is the first alarm or report that an enemy has entered the gates of the digestive system. One variety of reactions to irritants entering the body is for it to retain more water. The face and other parts may then become puffy. This reaction by the body reduces some potential harmful effects, at least for a while. However, if the body remains puffy for too long, this increases the risk of heart conditions and other problems that may lead to early death.
2. Harsh flush via the digestive tract - When spicy or toxic substances eventually enter the stomach and later the intestines, each of them will have its own unique reactions. The resulting irritation may cause excess acid and other digestive juices to be poured into the stomach. Heartburn and discomfort result. Later, the small intestine and the colon may react to the irritation by using lots of the body's reserves of water for speedily flushing out the contents. The result is a medical condition  called diarrhea. This is why various spices and condiments used in cooking will often dehydrate people whose stomachs react to them in this adverse fashion.
3. Increased urination - This diuretic effect occurs when a person consumes coffee, tea, soft drinks (sodas), alcoholic beverages and other slow poisons. The body sends out more urine than the volume taken of these beverages. This means that the body is forced to sacrifice some of the water that various organs need, so as to flush out these toxins that have come into the system. Typically, when such a person becomes thirsty he will usually take more of the same slow poisons. He then sustains chronic dehydration that eventually produces various medical conditions.
4. Suspension in fatty tissues - Similar to certain vitamins such as A, D, E and the fatty acids, many man made chemicals dissolve only in an oily or fatty base. That is how DDT, lead, mercury and various heavy and light industrial metals and chemicals get stored in the fatty tissues of our bodies. When their  levels get too high in us, they can adversely affect the cells of our brains and nerves, cause our genes to mutate and several other disorders. This change in genes will then influence the type of human beings or even humanoids yet to be born. Nonetheless, many of these poisons can remain in human bones for several thousands of years.
5. Over-stimulation of internal organs - Alcohol, caffeine and synthetic sugar substitutes (e.g., saccharine, aspartame, etc.) indiscriminately over-stimulate the stomach, heart, brain, nervous system, kidneys and other organs into erratic swings in their functions. The sources of caffeine include tea (about 50 mg per cup), soft drinks of all types (about 85 mg per cup) and kola nuts that many people chew in Africa and elsewhere. Of course, if your heart or any organ gets speedily exhausted by the effects of these poisons, it can go on strike and this may often turn out to be a one-way trip to the beyond. Meanwhile, en route to the grave, transit privileges through hospitals can be very expensive.
