Next Boom Town - Manesar, Delhi NCRA fast growing industrial town in Gurgaon district of the State of Haryana in India, and is a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi. Some of the developers have added a new tag to Manesar calling it as ‘New Gurgaon’. More than 100,000 people go to work in Manesar from adjoining places. The Gurgaon-Manesar Master Plan projects the population of 37,00,000 by 2021.

HSIDC is developing wide roads and increasing areas with open space. There is a 12-km long green belt traversing the Manesar-Gurgaon boundary. 60, 45 and 24 metre wide sector roads are coming up in the area for which acquisition work is underway.
