I really love the joy it brings to my heart to be able to bring hope to the many women out there that feel that looking stylish and feeling beautiful in the clothes that they wear is now possible because of the past few weeks me taking the time to share with everyone unique finds that flatter us women with a little bit more to love!

This week I wanted to showcase you some dresses!  I am one that tends to hide from the dress section because one piece dresses always look so unflattering on me!  If I had to wear a dress, it was always in the form of a skirt with a shirt that closely matched to make it look like a one piece dress.  I have that unwanted pooch that I simply cannot stand having, alas a C-section and hysterectomy has left me with knowing that I have to live with it there for the rest of my life unless I become a millionaire and have myself turned into plastic!  LOL!

The first dress I bring to you today is something vintage and classy looking.  I love vintage looks!  This one here is one that I have always wanted to wear but could never bring myself to wearing it.  So one day I left my shell and bought the dress.  When it arrived in my mailbox I left it in the package for over 6 months because I still didn't have faith that I could pull it off.  Then spring cleaning came around and I said "what the heck, I'm too old to worry about what others think of it on me, what do I think of it on me!", so I put it on and OMGosh it was perfect!  It slimmed and flattered me in ways that I never thought possible!  Plus with either flats, heels, boots or booties this is the perfect year round dress! This does run a little on the larger size, so don't be afraid to order a size down from what you normally wear!

For the second dress, I am sticking with the retro theme!  I always thought that women in the 40's, 50's and early 60's always looked so classy and put together.  Pair this dress with a pair of sling back peep toes and you feel like all you need is an apron and to yell out the window for Lassie!  The fit is amazing!  It flatters and makes you look trim.  Cute with a little lightweight sweater on cooler days!  Perfect with flip flops for beach weddings.


For the third dress I bring you the elegant business meeting conference dress.  Never worry about not having something to flatter you ever again while you showcase your ideas to the board of directors or hit the home run during your interview.  The color is so vibrant but not one to leave you sticking out like a sore thumb.  This dress runs true to size which is the only downfall that I can really say about it because it can limit the audience who could enjoy wearing this dress!  Also would be perfect for the mother of the bride/groom to wear to a wedding!


Finally the forth dress I bring to you is the perfect date night dress!  Like I said above having had a C-section, Hysterectomy and well many battles with up and down in weight over the years has left me with a pooch.  This dress with the rooching in the front make it to wear it really flatters and gives you curves like you never realized you had!  This dress does run about a size big, so order a size smaller than what you would normally wear.  (oh and I have worn this to interviews with a little jacket on top and landed the job too!)
