Today's post is all about how to live a simple and minimalistic life.

I have been experiencing the need to get rid of some things lately, like I will be moving in a few months to a new place and so I have been getting rid of the unwanted things and some of the things I am still working on which I definitely need to get rid of since these things drain my energy and are turning me into a type of person I am not, I thought it would be a good idea to share these with you as well.




I will be sharing 3 different things that you can get rid of to attract more into your life.

#THINGS: 

Not just anything but these are the things that Serve no purpose in your life anymore.
The list could include clothes that don't fit or gifts that you don't like/use or general things that you don't find beautiful anymore.

Learn to give away things that no longer serve you so that you can free up some space for things that really do that's the whole point of minimalism!


#DRAINING RELATIONSHIPS :

Now I have learned this the hard way, but a good Relationship is a key to our happiness and by the relationship I mean family, friends, lovers, co-workers, so if someone is draining your life and if you have discussed it with them about how you feel and how is it affecting you and you see no change then you should consider letting them go.


Again, I have learned it the hard way, but you need not suffer, trust me, you deserve a relationship that turns you into a better person.

Don't force it! Just leave it!

#NEGATIVE THOUGHTS- UNNECESSARY STRESS:

I know some of the things I mentioned are pretty heavy to get rid of but thinking to yourself that you can't get rid of a certain thing is exactly the negative mindset you have. 

I am coming from the same place and I totally understand why it is difficult to let go of certain things, but the real question is how do we move on and have a positive mindset and happy life?

You should definitely focus on your Stress level, I know you can not get rid of your unnecessary stress overnight, but sometimes we stress over things out of habit and not because we really need to, if you know what I mean!

Make more time for self-care and make yourself feel that you are beautiful enough or talented enough or smart enough and revive yourself likewise. 

It is scary before it begins, but if you want your fear to go away, just get started.
