ENABLE THE ACT OF DISCIPLINE FOR DIETING.

As I sit on my bed, enjoying the beauty of nature from my window. I noticed that for everything created by God there is a Purpose attach to it. Both the primary and secondary creatures have one thing in common, and which is,’ created for a purpose’. That is from the primary creatures, which are man, plants, trees, animals and the sea, all are created to fulfill a purpose. And the secondary creatures which are creations from the primaries like and tree, are furniture, televisions, planes, cars, trains and the likes are design to fulfill a purpose.


Now, going back to the primary creatures, there are some creatures that are dangerous like lion, tiger, mosquitoes, snakes and the others, which I gave a thought in my heart and I see that most of these creatures can’t abuse their purpose by attacking us if we didn’t abuse our own purpose. And how do we abuse our purpose as a man which led to sickness, even death? It’s through Discipline. When we lack discipline to take care of our surrounding then we are calling for the abuse of purpose from lower rank primary creatures like snake and mosquitoes. Therefore, the act of discipline is very important in the life of a man that want to live his full years on earth. So going by this facts and facts, I realize many people fail to achieve weight loss because they fail to discipline their body, like for example they sleep at will, eat anything with no value to lose weight fast. They go for anything without having a second look at the danger around this kind of food, thereby playing dangerous game with his life.

ROLE OF PHYSICAL FITNESS WITH DIETING FOR WEIGHT LOSS.

My own concern for writing this piece is neither about who is skinny, nor about the one that have bigger body but my concern is about you and your health. Which area of your health life that is giving you challenges? Is it being skinny or being fatty? Or the question that you want to be answer is, how to lose weight fast, which kind of diet food or diet foods can I take to become skinny or to have more muscle, or which can diet recipes or dieting tips do I need to have a healthy diet life? All these questions can be answer only if you add only one act that those that won the battle of sickness only put to their daily routine of their life. Like discipline in what you put into your mouth, discipline against laziness, discipline against undue sleeping and discipline against misuse of your body, that is using your body against what it is not created for( like using it for smoking when God didn’t create a channel for smoking in your body, a kind of escape route for those poisonous smokes.)
So, you need to watch it, put your body in check and in other through discipline and celebrate this precious and wonderful gift of life, which gave a result of long life and sound healthy diet plan.
