No one was born with a secret magical power of being an Expert, but there is one quality you find common among all experts and that is the ability to demonstrate self Confidence. Its the power within yourself and these 3 methods are keys for you to unlock the chamber of self confidence.

Laugh at Yourself

Please understand you are not Sherlock Holmes or Albert Einstein who can dedicate all of his time to resolve the mysteries of lives and this world. We all know something but not everything. Never fear to express your views about a certain aspect in front of the people. Though its better to talk about something with a credible source, its okay if you end up being the one who is wrong. In fact laugh it off and be glad that you learned something new. Laughing at yourself will release you from the pressure of always being right about everything. With time, you will realize that you are not afraid to speak your mind and this is the most crucial tool one must have to be self confident.



Practice Self Talk

As much as we pretend in front of others to have none, deep inside we all know about our weaknesses. Having said that, many times we know the weakness but why does it exist, we hardly ever ponder over it unless an embarrassing event occurs in our lives. For instance, you are aware that you have a stage fright but never make effort to find real cause it. If, it is your belief that you cant speak well then you need to change your thinking pattern with a daily practice of telling yourself 'there is no better speaker than me.' At times, a little narcissism can help you to break strong negative images you hold about yourself  in mind.



Talk to Strangers

You are not expected to take a detailed interview of every stranger you come across in your life. Neither it means to provide your bio-data to them. Do not even think about it! Instead, be the initiator. It can be as simple as saying hello to a person standing besides you while you both wait for food to get surfed or sharing your admiration for the book that a person sitting next to you in train happen to have in the hand. When you frequently perform ice-breaking strategy with strangers, it gives you the power to control and set directions of a conversation and make others feel comfortable around you. Researches proved exercising small talks make you more sociable and  confident.


Be persistent in implementing these easy methods in your life on daily basis. I assure you that in one week period you will experience positive changes and observe a boost in your self confidence.
