SUMMER ’18 – BUCKETLIST

It’s Summer break and this girl just graduated as a graphic designer!! It’s time to enjoy every single day, make memories, earn money and spend it again. Last year I didn’t make a summer bucket list because I decided to have a boring summer, meaning that I was working all day (and almost) every day.

Next school year I’ll be studying ‘entrepreneurship and craftsmanship’ to perfect my graphic design skills and become more independent.

For summer 2018 I made a list of things that I want to do/learn before school starts.

  • Go to Antwerp
  • Go to Portugal
  • Visit a museum
  • Go to the Humanity House
  • Design something (African clothes)
  • Create a small book
  • Study the Bible
  • Roller skating
  • Bowling with the homies
  • Go to the movies (4D)
  • Try spoken words
  • Beach day
  • Visit a graphic workplace
  • Perfect online portfolio
  • Go through my ‘Graphic Design School‘ book
  • (try) Learn how to code
  • Learn sign language (Dutch and/or English)
  • Earn some money

Let’s hope that most of these things will be crossed off the list this year. Have a great summer!

xo, Gely
