Everything You Need to Know about Sacred Black Stone

Among all nations, one thing is common amongst the followers that is some faith or religion. Similarly, there are some religious festivals, days, and other things that followers follow a true core. The supporters of these religious convictions have their own holy places and relics too whom their worship to the extreme level and are submissive to their sacredness.

The Blank Stone which is called Hajar e Aswad, the heavenly stone is the most blessed stone on the planet earth. among all the Muslims this relic enjoys equal respect and admiration. This Stone is positioned in the Holy Kaaba, the House of Allah in the Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Hajar E Aswad and Hadiths

The Hadiths of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) show the importance of Hajar e Aswad. Allah’s Last Messenger said that,

• “The Black Stone (Hajar e Aswad) descended from heaven, and it was whiter than milk, then it was blacked by this iniquity of the offspring of Adam.” (Tirmidhi)
• “By Allah! On the Day of Qiyamah (The Day of Judgment), Allah will present the Hajar e Aswad in such a way that it will have two eyes and a tongue to affirm to the Iman (faith) of all those who kissed it.” (Tirmidhi)
• “The Hajar e Aswad and al-Maqam (Maqam e Ibrahim) are the two gems from the gems of Heaven. Had Allah not hidden their happiness, they would brighten everything between the East and the West.” (Tirmidhi)

When after kissing Hajar e Aswad, Hazrat Umar (R.A) said,

“I know well that you are just a stone that can do neither good nor maltreatment. Had I not seen the Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) kiss you, I wouldn’t have completed so.”

So, these hadiths show the significance of Hajar e Aswad which is divine stone for all Muslim Ummah.
