Mix together 1 1/2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup shredded Coconut, 2 tbsp chia seeds - put to one side

Melt 1/4 cup coconut oil and 1/4 cup maple syrup

Combine wet and dry mixture

Spoon mixture into greased muffin cases and press in Bake for 15 minutes

Remove once completely cool

Spoon in coconut yoghurt and cover in pretty fruits and chia seeds
