easy desserts made with cereal bars !!! //new sugar free Corny bars

hey cuties! c:

some of you might not know this but Corny cereal bars have always been my favourite snack to eat at school or wherever i go, since i was little. this post is all about making cereal bars a little more interesting! i used the new sugar free Corny bars for this post but you can actually use whatever cereal bars you like c:

1. cereal bar S'mores

this is definitely the easiest one from these treats c:
basically all you need to do is put some marshmallows on top of your Chocolate cereal bar because it already basically contains biscuit and chocolate(s'mores' basic ingredients) and put in oven for about 5 minutes (175C) or until the marshmallow is melted and there you go! c:
i'm not sure if it works but theoretically you could also do it in microwave(?)

2. crunchy peanut butter pancakes
 ingredients(for this amount of pancakes):
1 peanut (Corny) cereal bar
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup (almond) (200g) milk, and you can add more later to make the dough more liquid-ish
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. then smash the cereal bar into small pieces (you can just use your fingers for that) and then just add it to the mix. next whisk together the milk, melted butter, peanut butter, egg and vanilla and pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients mixture. then just bake however big pancakes you want and eat them with something you love  i love to eat my pancakes with honey and blueberries c:
(these were honestly the best pancakes i've ever made)

3. cherry-white chocolate cookies

ingredients:
1 cherry-yogurt (Corny) cereal bar
1/2  cup (100g) butter  (room temperature)
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 egg
1 cup(125g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
little bit white chocolate

all you gotta do is whisk butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy (about 2-3min), add eggs and mix everything together. add flour, baking soda and salt and combine everything together. then stir in little pieces of cereal bar and white chocolate. place small amounts of dough on the baking sheet (depending on how big cookies you want) and bake for about 10 min (175C).
these turned out really really tasty and my mom actually ate like most of them c:

big thanksies to Corny  for the opportunity to try out these new sugar free cereal bars!
hope you'll all have an amazing week ahead of you and see you in my next post!
