Ingredients
1 cup of mayonnaisebutter 1/2 cup
salt as per taste
dry parsly leaves (2tsp)
chicken fillet(1/2kg)
flour
egg
bread crumb
Procedure
pour your mayonnaise in a bowl, add the butter, salt and the parsly leaves and mix wellfill in a piping bag
flatten the chicken nicely,fill with mayo mixture and roll with flour then you dip it in egg and bread crumbs
fry until golden brown
