Believe it or not, we all do some research before buying anything. Be its mobile phones, accessories, laptops we want to hear from people about that product. Likewise, before visiting any place like restaurants, cafes and hotels we like to read reviews.
Google reviews can’t be ignored due to many reasons like users pay attention to the written reviews. You’d like more reviews than your competitors have.  Apart from the experience the person had, reviews also share some thoughtful insights related to places. If you don’t know how to keep the guidelines while writing reviews, just read the few recommendations below:
Relevancy:
You need to be relevant, don writes irrelevant information in your review. Things that you need to write in your review are:

  • A time when you visited the place
  • The order you gave/ product you purchase



 If you keep appreciating the services then the other users will consider it spam or paid review. Want to make your review acceptable, and then follow the simple path. Mention time and date in your review, and also write the service or things you purchase on that day.

Reviews are believed as an individual’s own personal experience, there are times when an individual go through any negative experience he then tries to spoil your business. Never use a person name in reviews. Always discuss the experience not the person, be unbiased so that your review will look useful.
Experience: 
Review is defined as a personal experience that’s why every person has different experience from other.  So write a review that is both useful and constructive.
Balanced overview:
 When you face any bad experience, make sure that there’s a person on the other end that is the owner of the company. Try to place yourself in the shoes of that person so that you will write a balanced review. For a credible reviewer, you need to be much more understandable.
Be logical:
So what makes a review good? A review will be marked as good when it is helpful regardless of it s nature. You need to make sure that review must be written with proper punctuation and language. Don’t be offensive and never use abusive language. Try to be constructive and honest as it will increase your credibility as a reviewer.

A good review contains both positive and negative aspects – always follow the guidelines and policies before writing your review.
