I have always been curious about offering red rose to our love ones. It's my "messy" mind wants to a goal every time! Because I Believe when I am convinced.I couldn't understand in this symbolism until one day I found one philosophy from a book of one of my favorite writer. Philosophy related flower.

Philosophy convinced me that flowers are the symbol of the life cycle. A journey from Birth to death. You have to grow but day by day, you have to spread like the fragrance, reproduction is the part of the journey which produces another tree. I realized the natural significance of the flower.

And I started connecting this philosophy with the red rose a symbol of love. And what I found was unbelievable. I never thought how much a red rose mean when you offer somebody.

When you offer a red rose you promise your love ones that,
You are handing over your life till death, because of the trust.
You are promising numbers of smooth and beautiful events like numbers of petals in the rose.
You are promising to keep your love once out of trouble even on the path of thorns. Because when you offer a rose you only have thorn full of the stem in your hand.
You want to create a new world with your love ones. Its the basic flower philosophy.
You want to unravel the mystery of life with love ones. You want to spread across the boundaries.
You are promising full of your energy, dedication, enthusiasm in the love relationship because red is the color of energy.
You are promising purity in the relationship like a red blood because red is the color of pure, fresh blood.

And if I start to dig a deep then the list of promises goes on and on...

So I think do not offer red rose unless and until you are fully sure of all the promises subsequently comes with the red rose. Other wise there will be no new creation, no other life cycle and this will lead to nothing because finally, flowers belong to fields.
