Maybe I should have written this a little earlier but better late than never, right? We are now in February and 47 days of the year have passed. It seems like a great day to think about my goals for 2018.
By reading this, you will probably get to know me better. Interested?
Let’s start by saying that from the beginning of the year until now I did not do much and probably that will not change for the rest of the year too, I think.
This year, my plan is quite simple.
I will be working, studying, parenting, loving, blogging, repeat.
Again, working, studying, parenting, loving, blogging, repeat.
I know that by the description above, my life does not look very exciting, if fact, seems boring. It is not.
My Goals For 2018
You can leave now. Seriously. I am writing this post so that I can commit to my goals by the end of the year. You do not need to know all this, but thank you for being here. If you want to stay, I appreciate, but I recommend that you read my cool articles instead.
I want to finish my access module successfully at the Open University!
Some of you already know that I just enrolled in a course at the Open University, and I am super excited but is just the beginning, and I have to confess – I am terrible at finishing projects. However, this is important to me and my future, so I need to see this through. Complete my access module is definitely on the top of the list of my goals for 2018.
I always wanted to go to university. Now, ten years later, the opportunity came up I did not think twice. Recently, I enrolled in a business management course, and hopefully some years from now I will have a degree in business or even a post-graduation.
I want to be a better father!
I am not a horrible father. In fact, I think that I am quite good, but I could do with a little bit more of patience. Nicholas and Marcus (4 and two years old respectively) are too noisy, and I cannot get used to this level of noise in the house. I will try to spend more time with them and work on my patience issues.
I want to write better in English!
Since I am now studying and blogging, it is essential that I develop my English skills, especially my writing skills. I went crazy and spent over $100 on Grammarly. I would say that is worth every penny. They also offer a free membership option; you should try.
