New Delhi: Finally, there is some uplifting news for The Kapil Sharma Show fans who were enthusiastically sitting tight for previous colleagues Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar to come back to the show after the notorious mid-air battle between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover.

Comic Chandan Prabhakar has begun shooting for the show again and he affirmed the news in a Facebook LIVE chat.

Sunil, Chandan and Ali had left Kapil after a mid-air battle in March this year. Supposedly, Kapil mishandled, ambushed and flung a shoe at Sunil on a flight from Melbourne to India. He didn’t spare Chandan and Ali as he ran them down, who was on a similar flight.

When one of the fans asked Chandan on why he took so long to retouch things amongst him and Kapil, Chandan — citing a case of a wet cloth — stated, “Sometimes when a cloth gets wet it takes some time to dry and something similar happened between me and Kapil. It is just that I took a little longer.”

In any case, the two have made peace and Prabhakar will be found in a similar character with which he began on the show — Chandu the chaiwallah.

With Krushna Abhishek doing a show with Kapil’s ex-associates Ali Asghar, Sugandha Mishra and Dr Sanket Bhosle, the opposition is firm. This move will most likely lift Kapil’s group.

Kapil Sharma and Chandan Prabhakar first showed up on the show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Kapil Sharma won the show, while Chandan turned into the first runner-up.
