There are two variants of the device, one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and the other one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. While the 3GB variant of the Hot S3 would cost INR 8,999, the beefier variant would cost you INR 10,999.

Truth be told, it is better to go for the lower end variant of the device if you do not want to spend extra bucks for just 1GB of RAM. You can increase the internal storage by using an external SD card which would cost you way less.
