1.Drink a glass of water every hour

2. Drink 2 Or 3 cups of Green tea Every day
Normally drinking green tea is good for health , it helps you burn extra calories,

one cup in the morning , 2nd is in the evening, 3rd before sleeping
3.Eat Seasonal fruits which contains lots of vitamins
eat seasonal fruits, they are better than fast foods , fruits boost our energy levels
4. Use Food in smaller plates

5. chew Each bite slowly and thoroughly
While eating food , eat slowly and chew every bite thoroughly, normally every food takes 20 minutes to digest , if eat slowly you eat less food and you feel tummy full
6. Do exercises regularly and as long as you can
most of us says we dont have time for exercises , just make time for exercise and do fitness programs regularly
7. Sleep at least 6 hours a days

8. Always Try to eat healthy and remember what you eat
