Packaging
It comes in a black round compact sturdy plastic packaging with a fine quality mirror and sponge below the foundation pan.
The compact has a smart push lock and an unlock system so as to avoid getting opened in a messy handbag.😀

It is securely packed with a black outer cardboard box.
Packaging is really travel-friendly and secure.
Texture
MAC studio fix powder plus foundation looks like a compact that we apply to set our foundation in place but it does more than that.
The texture is extremely smooth to touch and the powder is finely milled and packed. The powder is highly pigmented and true to its match.
It blends effortlessly and gives a natural matte finish to your complexion.
How to use?
I find MAC studio fix powder plus foundation best to use with my buffing brush by real techniques. Although it comes with a sponge I somehow didn't like to use it for powder foundation.
- Prep your skin first with moisturizer. Wait to let it absorb.
- Take your favorite powder brush and swirl it around the pan, dust off the excess and apply it in circular motions all over your face. ( The powder is packed so well that it doesn't feel powdery on pan, brush, and face).
- Repeat for more coverage.
- Blend it well and Voila! there you have fresh and bright looking face.
How is it different from others available in the market?
Personally, I use it daily to get a brighter looking face and to hide imperfections. I use liquid foundation occasionally. It is best to be used by working ladies as it just takes 2 minutes for the perfect looking skin.

I applied MAC Studio fix powder foundation on the right side of my face. You can see it gives me a medium coverage which is what I need for daily makeup. It covers up redness and my face looks fresh and matte.
This is what it looks like when I apply it on my full face. I just love the natural yet medium coverage look.
