​Seeing jack being introduced as the MD/CEO of the company was a huge surprise to them.

They all started thinking within themselves whether or whether not they have said or discussed some things they ought not to have discussed with him.

Jack smiled at the interviewees and stretched his hand forth to offer each of them a handshake. Afterwards, he asked everyone to be seated.

“I am very sure that you are all surprised seeing a man that you thought was here for an interview as the CEO of the company” Jack said.

Henry replied by saying,” we are more than surprised”.

He asked them not to feel insecure as it’s all part of the interview.

He briefed them about things they needed to know about the company before handing over to Austine while he sat with the interview officials.

Austine addressed the interviewees as well and also informed them that some video clips will be played for them to watch as it shows them the various stages of their interview and their performance as well as other things they need to know.

The first clip which was titled Attitude towards people was played and this clip showed the incident that happened  between henry, victor and the old man, Lydia, Anne and the pizza boy as well as Cynthia and the old man. In this clip, Victor, Lydia and Cynthia were given a pass mark, while Anne and henry were not qualified.

The second clip was titled Attitude towards situation/life and this showed the second phase of the interview where each interviewees were asked certain questions relating to life generally and some situations. In this clip, Victor, Cynthia and Anne were not qualified but Anne got completely disqualified from the entire interview process because of her poor and rude attitude while Henry and Lydia were given pass mark.

The third Clip was titled Attitude towards Environment which showed the last interview they had in their current room. This session was meant to test their level of observation and attention to their environment. Lydia and Henry were not qualified while Victor and Cynthia had a pass mark in this stage.

The last clip that was played to them made them completely shocked, as this clip showed how jack disguised as an old man, held a tray and spilled tea on victor and Henry. It also showed how jack pretended to go to the gents but actually went to disguise as a pizza boy to test Anne and Lydia’s attitude and afterwards, went back to disguise as the same old man with a tray and spilled its content on Cynthia on her way back from the restroom.

In a nutshell, Jack who is the MD/CEO has been the one testing them at the first stage of the interview. Also, the interviewees now understood how the interview session became three instead of two.

The criteria for being selected to work with the company is that, candidates must pass at least 2 stages of the interview session.

Victor and Cynthia were qualified because they passed two stages of the interview (they had the right attitude towards people and environment) but they were advised to work on their attitude towards situation/life.

Lydia was also considered because she passed two stages of the interview as well. she had the right attitude towards people and situation/life but was advised to inculcate the habit of good observation. 

While Henry was placed on probation because he just had good attitude towards situation/life. Henry would have been disqualified because he only passed one out of the three stages but he was employed on probation of 2years because he sees difficult situation as a stepping stone and not a stumbling block. But he would be given a permanent employment if he works on the other two aspect of Attitude he was assessed on.
