French Country style

A ferech Country Styled room typical has a rustic and cosy feel throughtout the room. The rustic vibe is brought to the room by exposing or adding in wooden beams to the room. Wooden beams are mainly seen in a old building or in a renovated old building. A French Country Styled room would nornally have stone or bricked or wooden flooring which is exposed. By exposing the flooring in gives the room q rustic feel. The typical furniture that is placed within the room is wooden furniture which has been handcrafted and this will add a rustic and cosy five to the room. A rug should dress the room but not cover the floor, this will add a cosy vibe to the room. A fireplace should either be added to the room if you don’t have a fireplace, or it should be on display as the fireoace will became the focus pint for the whole room. To add more of a cosy vibe to the room then you should add homely touches to the room such as pottery, baskets, iron ornaments, glass vases, colourful cushions and some old painting to the room. In some French Country styled rooms you may see some windows boxes with flowers in them and they are typically placed on the window sills to add colour and life to the room.
