Chutney is very common amongst all the regional cuisines in India. It indeed goes well with majority of the savoury Indian snacks . A variety of chutneys are made in India.
Mint and Coriander are amongst the very common ingredients used in a chutney. And specially during summers any chutney made from either Mint or coriander is very refreshing.
Today I will be sharing the recipe of Mint Coriander and Tomato Chutney.
Ingredients
2 Tomatoes – Roughly chopped
1 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
1 1/2 cup – Mint (Pudina) leaves
Green Chillies – as per taste
1 tsp – Cumin (Jeera) seeds
2- 3 tsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
Water – if required
Procedure
1. Take all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind into a fine paste.
2. Add water (if required) to grind smoothly
