This seems to be a philosophical question, but I mean it a bit more literally.

My reason for starting this blog is because my family and friends say I talk too much, and they'd like some peace and quiet. Meanwhile I'm sitting there with all these things to say and nobody to listen. They're all busy with life changing decisions like...what am I gonna make for supper...or where did I leave my keys...

So...my first solution was to go on Social Media. Yes it's fun...it's cool...but I can't just sit and moan about all my troubles....they'd all unfriend me. So then I found myself looking for online options other than social media, and lo I found blogging. So naturally I sat myself down, created this website, and then calmly started typing this rant.

I wonder how many of us bloggers just sat down and decided to this because we couldn't find any other outlet to express ourselves? And how many of those bloggers decided to post their thoughts online just to see how many other miserable people could relate to them...come on...be honest...and suddenly we're all enveloped in the warmth that is our fellow browsers.

On a more cheerful note...it's the weekend...the end of the weekend...maybe not so cheerful...

So...hobbies...I enjoy playing badminton, ice-skating, reading, writing, sketching, cooking and playing piano. Please do share your own hobbies as we are trying to get to know each other. Probably a fruitless endeavour as for all I know I could be talking to myself, but I suppose hope springs eternal.

I am currently trying to write a book, but for some reason between a full time job and my few hobbies there never seems to be much time left...and then I do occassionally get to spend some time with my boyfriend...and sleep...and eat...
