Social media is a great way for driving an enormous amount of traffic to your blog.
It is the first thing I do just after hitting publish button.If you have a significant number of followers, then it will be a solid way of driving traffic to your blog.
Many bloggers have Social Media as their primary source of traffic.
So, I recommend to share it on your social media.
#2- Share it with your email subscribers
Email subscribers are also a great source of traffic every pro blogger have a significant number of subscribers.
Many bloggers have admitted that they get a good amount of traffic through their email subscribers.
Hence, it is also an excellent way to promote blog post.
If you don’t have email subscription set up on your blog, then I will suggest you integrate it.
Content is the king. If you want your readers to subscribe to you, then you have to write quality and actionable content. No one is going to subscribe unless they find your content actionable and worth reading.
If you follow as I said then as you grow over time, you will get many subscribers who are interested in your post, and they will read your posts.
#3- Blog commenting
It is the must to do step and the best and free method for building backlinks, and I do it on a daily basis.
It will help you to rank your post higher as backlinks are the major thing Google looks after for listing your blog. So make it your habit and include it in your promotion strategy.
#4-Blogger’s Outreach
If you have some blogger friends then you can contact them if they can provide you any backlink for your latest blog post which they also have but the information is outdated, and you have included some new points in your post.
Either way, You can google your blog post keyword to find matching results.
If you find any post related to your post with outdated information, you can contact them and ask them if they can provide a backlink.
So this is also an effective way to promote blog post.

It is also a recommended way to promote blog post. It will bring you traffic and also help in getting a higher page ranking.
Guest posting is the best way for getting traffic and building quality backlinks.
If you have excellent writing skills and good knowledge in your niche, you can contact the best blogs in your niche and ask them for guest posting.
Every Blog does have a write for us page. I recommend you to guest post and especially if you are a newbie.
#6- Join Forums
Forums are also an excellent way to get traffic and build a relationship with other bloggers.
If any member posted any queries and you have a post on that you can simply drop your link in the comments.
I am also an active participant in many forums, and I have many many good friends, and some of them also guest posted on my blog.

Building engagement in your reader is very helpful, and as I also comment on others blog, I like if they respond to me.
Hence, I read their blogs more often, subscribe to their mailing list, and I do comment on almost every posts.
So, make it a habit and respond to them and also answer their queries.
#8- Guestographics
If you have created an infographic along with your content, then this could be a plus point.
You can search for the related posts of other bloggers and offer them your infographics in exchange of a backlink, or you can also guest post (not more than 300 words) along with infographics.

Creating a youtube channel can be a very plus point. Many bloggers do have their youtube channel up and running.
