I remember,

When I first saw you.

I grimaced when we crossed,

Your light was too bright.

I remember,

Sharing me with you.

Although we contradicted,

Our edges lined up.

I remember,

You were the laughter in silence.

The fondness in your smile,

Washed away my debris.

I remember,

The fractures when you ran.

Now, my one and only wish,

Would be to forget.
