Who's at Fault for Happiness

When you're having a bad day, and I mean like a reealllyy bad day or week...or months, it often takes time to get back to your "happy place". It may take watching your favourite show, eating some good food, or spending time with the people you love or the ones who make you laugh. My point is, not one person is responsible for all your Happiness...and vice versa.
No one is going to save us from feeling sadness. People can make it better, sure; but what happens when that person is not around. That's a lot of pressure to put onto someone, or something. You are the only one in control of your happiness so it's up to you to create your own sunshine wherever you go. This means that you cannot control someone else's happiness. We can give others happy moments, but it is not our Responsibility to be the sole cause of someone else's Lasting Happiness.
Happiness is an inside job, and you can (and should) spread it around, but at the end of the day, it's important to remember that it is not you responsibility, nor is it possible to give someone lasting happiness; but it IS your responsibility to spread it and to give others happy moments while still looking out for your own wellbeing.
