You get what you wish for. When we are young we Dream up a sparkling future for ourselves. Once we get older we notice that most adults around us just go through their days not really thinking about what exactly they are doing, but they are just going about their "adulty lives". When we get older we stop dreaming up this sparkly future for ourselves because throughout the years we were feeding our minds doubt from other adults who would say " wait until you enter the real world"... what the fuck does that mean. Have I been in a fake world for two decades and no one bothered to tell me?! "knock on wood" but I have pretty much gotten everything I ever wanted growing up; not because I was spoiled but because my parents instilled in me that you get what you wish for. I always knew if I truly believed in myself or was stubborn enough, the Universe would grant me my wishes. Just because we hit a certain age doesn't mean we are all of a sudden JUST NOW entering the "real" world. You've been living in the real world your whole life, it's up to you if you want to make the rest of it shitty or not. Go live in that dream land all you want, I have been for 21 years and it's working just fine for me.
