It's the little things...
It always the little things.
We can choose to the "little things" bother us and ruin the Bigger picture; OR when we are too close to the problem, the "little things" can help us take a step back and appreciate the bigger picture, confused yet?
When things get tough, decide to take a step back and appreciate the little things that impact your life for the better. Going on brunch dates, sliding into clean sheets at the end of the day, drinking a big glass of water after an intense workout, lounging out in the sun on a warm day... ETC. The little things are what make up our lives, without them we would be miserable. Stop what you're doing and appreciate the little things that you've already came across today. Name at least five... and if you can't, then think about what you can do tomorrow to name at least six.
