The Guilt of TreatYoself'

Let's be honest, life is hard. Of course we all know someone else who has it worse and we tend to assume another has it better, but we will really never know all the details.
I don't think we give ourselves enough credit for being humans; trying to follow social norms, pay bills, find our passion, stuff our feelings down in order to get through the day, bite our tongue at that annoying know-it-all, worry about our family and friend's worry's, THE LIST GOES ON (sorry if that made you more stressed ). Many of us tend to feel Guilty if we treat ourself or make it seem like it's such a Big Deal... it shouldn't be something you feel guilty about! You got out of bed today, in some people's books that's a really big deal! Treat yourself at LEAST once a day; go to bed a little earlier and sleep in a little later, make your favourite breakfast, buy a book, make chocolate, take a bath, etc. Never ever ever ever feel guilty for treating yourself or feel guilty because of it. EVERYONE'S life is hard in it's own way and we can never compare two lives, so don't you go feeling bad for treating yourself over what some may think is "nothing". Just being you is enough to treat yourself on the daily.
Treat yourself, always.
