Clean space, Clean mind.

So, first week of January went pretty well. Kept my home and head clean. Meditating a couple of times, read a positivity book, and kept up with cleaning. Now, second week into the year... starting to notice some slacking.
As soon as we start to feel like we are not at or prime, reevaluate why. I Noticed I began to feel more tension in my shoulders, started having a harder time sleeping, etc, etc..
Take a look at the space around you. I noticed my room had gotten a lot messier, I started waking up later and not taking time for myself in the morning, I Stopped meditating, and I stopped letting my mind have a chance to chill and be still. Go back to the things that YA may have required a bit more of your time. It take a while for something to become a habit but at the end of the day, putting time into yourself will be worth it in the long run. Clear your space and feel your mind rid itself of the film it's already built up. New week, Fresh start.
