Self Love, Rise Above

People are so used to talking about their stresses, their long ass schedule of the day, their hates, etc. DON'T BE THAT PERSON, don't be the majority of people. Obviously talk about things that are worrying you or causing distress but instead, try working it out on your own first and practice problem solving and take some extra time for yourself to practice self Love and improvement. It's seems as though if we don't talk about how stressful our life is, then that means that it's not and we have it so easy... in the eyes of others that is. It's like we take it as an insult when someone says we are lucky to not have as much stress as them. We are too used to needing to be just as stressed as the next guy so we don't look "lazy", or just appear less hard working than others. That's not the reality at all though. Let the stressed one's stress and just focus on your own life and creating the most peaceful self you can; of course you will still get stressed at times, the key is to learn to manage that stress and find out what works best for you in the healthiest way possible. Let's talk about how much we love our lives instead.
