Hearing the prospect of another trophy-less season for Arsenal’s longest serving Manager, and receiving major firebacks from the fans over the past few months, it was predicted that Arsene Wenger might step down from the position, and give way to a new manager.

Today, Arsene has confirmed he is not thinking about leaving the job as a manager, and revealed that he intends to stay for another season, at least.

Arsene and his policies have been widely questioned at numerous occasions by Arsenal fans. Banners like “Thank you for good memories Arsene, but it’s time to say Good Bye” have shown up one too many times at the games- calling for the Frenchman to step down following the exits from FA Cup, Champions League, and drop in the Premier League form. But Wenger Insists he’ll fight back for another year, as he enters the final year of his latest, and probably final three-year contract at the club.

“During the season, that criticism was not very welcome when you fight for the championship, especially after the Tottenham game, when we were a bit unlucky,” he told beIN Sports.

“I give my best to the club I love and if I can share that love with the supporters it’s even better. I want to make sure that I give my best and that I put my knowledge at the disposal of the team.”
“I am committed and have no doubt I will be there next season.”

Despite the pressure, and concerns rising up against his future, Wenger insists on performing in job, and leaving things to future.

“In my job I focus on how we perform. In life, it’s very important you focus on what you are appointed for – and I am appointed to perform and do the best for my club.”

“My future is my future, I don’t master that.”
