Ghanaian well-known Gospel Artist, Minister OJ real name, Michael Oware, has called on all the Ghanaians to support one of the best dancehall artists, MzVee to win an award at the up and coming 2016 Black Entertainment Television (BET).

In an exclusive interview, Minister OJ, while speaking to the host, Kojo Preko Dankwa on Kasapa Entertainment, said that, ‘If MzVee has been nominated, how about we help her since, if you remember, Ghanaian rap god, Sarkodie was additionally bolstered so Ghanaians ought to do the same for dancehall queen. I don’t see any solid reason behind why we as a whole will differ that we won’t permit anybody to be nominated’.

‘MzVee is such a great artist and I truly love her, she has such a sweet voice. Artists like her, Nana Yaa, Efya and Adomaa ought to be promoted well’.

Moreover, OJ also called on the Government to institute means of promoting talented Ghanaian Artists Internationally.

MzVee has been nominated in the up and coming BET Awards 2016 for ‘Best International Act: Africa’ category. Our two Ghanaian artists, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie has won the award in the same category for which MzVee has been nominated, in 2011 and 2014
