After few days of manhunt operation, the joined forces of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP) have finally captured and arrested former Army reservist Vhon Tanto, the Suspect of the Quiapo road rage accident wherein cyclist Mark Vincent Garalde was killed.

The suspect was located by the elements of the Philippine Army at around 11:50AM in Barangay Poblacion East, Milagros, Masbate.

Tanto will be transferred in Manila for further investigation. The victim's family is filing a case against the suspect through the help of Public Attorney's Office. Tanto is facing murder and frustrated murder charges.
