Animal Train is one of my favorite punk bands because they get what it takes to be a great punk band. They are prolific, putting out new albums on a steady basis. Their songs are fast and short. They have the right attitude and both practice and preach DIY. On top of all this their music is great! I am so stoked to have received an advanced of their new Album "Savage Enraged" to review.

This album displays a variety of styles which means it has big replayability value. There is love songs, political songs, fight songs and even horror punk/psychobilly. The production is very professionally recorded and sounds crisp and clear. All of Animal Train's punk rock work pays off as they are signed to the awesome label Podunk Records.

My favorite song on this album was "Wake The Dead" with it's fun horror themed lyrics and vocal variation. Def check this album out!!
