I apologize for the click-bait heading, but I am very excited about what I have created. I looked all over the internet for a good dream Journal template, but came up short. I had no choice but to make my own – from scratch. It’s available to download for free. Unfortunately, due to it only existing digitally, you will need to print the journal out and bind it yourself. The journal only covers one week, but it can be printed out as many times as you want.

In addition to the journal, I have the original Excel document, which can be edited however you feel fit. Mix it, mash it, turn it upside down – but most importantly, give me feedback, so I can improve the design. (Be sure to enable editing within Excel, otherwise it won’t be formatted correctly.)
