In response to concerns expressed by the National Association of Home Builders, ten (10) US Senators sent a letter dated March 25, 2010 to the Office of Management and Budget.  This letter requested the "OMB to take whatever actions necessary in the next 26 days to ensure that when this rule goes into effect, there are enough certified renovators available to meet the compliance goals of the rule
