Way back at the beginning of August I managed to get a couple of days climbing Snowdon. Somehow, it was something I'd never done before, though otherwise I think I have walked all the main peaks and trails in England and Wales at some point or other. At the time I went to Snowdon, England was in the middle of a heat-wave, so to go to the near coast and experience something other than scorchio was quite a relief. These are a few of the images I grabbed during or shorly after the climb.

The First of many views down the Miners' Track |

Clouds roll in as we reach about half-way in the climb. |

Just below the Summit...or maybe just in a quarry...who'd know? |

Clouds Break, providing a view towards the sea |

The descent, I've been thinking a lot more about composition lately, this scratches an itch for me. |

Another Valley view but this from the end of the Pig Track. Nice place Snowdonia |
