Bangladesh has some potential sectors which contributes its economy. Tourism is one of them. Tourist spots can be a source of huge foreign currency. During the last Eid festival, over 2 million tourists visited Cox's Bazar and 11 thousands rooms of hotels and motels were booked. A vast number of tourists visit Cox's Bazar throughout the year.Cox's Bazar represents the longest sea beach of the world and charming forest belt.
As the major source of economy of Cox's Bazar is tourism, Government should facilitate it more to increase the number of tourist. The beaches and the adjoining areas of Cox's Bazar should come under methodical administration of Government in order to ensure the visitors security. Law enforcing agencies should be more vigilant so that the evil mongers cannot make any disturbance. Strict observation of the authority regarding security and cleanliness can ensure a great number of tourist. Necessary steps should be taken in order to ensure the arrival of the visitors. Publicity, security, cleanliness, healthy accommodation and food can increase the number of tourist in Cox's Bazar.
