Okay, Winter. I think you've won. I am defeated. Yes, I missed your beauty and charm but I'm over you again. One day there is slush and I think the worst is over then BOOM there is a white wall of hell waiting for me at the front door. Winter makes my bus late and then me late for work. Winter makes people tense and forget their manners. The weather gives us some common ground to stand on. No one in the city likes snow. If you did you'd be out in it, making snow angels and forts. I did miss it when we were in BC and when it snowed out there I would enjoy watching the neighbours panic from the comfort of my living room.

Now, I don't even know how to react to this nonsense. I Forgot how to cope with snot dripping down my face all the time. I forgot how to winter.

We have had a couple of break ins in our building and now I have those paranoid images stuck in the cobwebs of my imagination. Apparently this is just a thing that happens a lot in our area. What if they steal our cats? What if I catch them touching my laundry?! What if someone is secretly living in our apartment!? 

My brain seems to only work on overdrive when it comes to useless things.

I went to a Scentsy party at Erica's place and now I am hooked. There's something about this stuff that triggered my crazy-girl gears I didn't order this particular owl plug in because the plugs in our place are warped. Instead I ordered the big pot and I will burn all the delicious smells to cover the stanky smells of our boots and stinky socks. 

I learned that my lovely parents are taking the family one a Disney Cruise. I do have Hawaii over them, but still. A cruise would be nice. I feel like I am still too young for a lazy-vacation. I do work hard, but not really hard enough. This thought is what keeps me going; the idea that one day I'll skip down during the snow squalls for margaritas in the sun. And, that I am still young.
