Brixton Brothers 2

Brixton Brothers Book 2: The Ghostwriter Secret
By Mac Barnett
Illustrated by Adam Rex

Excellent read!!!!! Let me tell you, I liked this book because of the thrills of being a detective, it kept my curiosity going. The Resolution is surprising, with Brixton finding that his favorite author was a criminal.

Whoops! Did I just tell what happened at the end? Don't worry about it, You probably won't read it anyway...

The point is in the book the two friends  call each other "chum", just like my brother and I; there were a lot of other similarities that made me connect with the characters like traveling, and having exciting adventures. It is a kind of friendship I do not see often; their complicity, their smarts, both like to read and they are very inquisitive about life not ever getting afraid of surprises. Even the fact that my brother is blond and I am brunette.

The book is also full of occult symbolism that parallels real life. For who likes mystery, this can be a good book. I read its 226 pages in about 4 hours.

If you read or intend to read this book please leave a comment.
