ERL MRT | Singapore Eastern Regional Line –  Track Near Your Properties?

Eastern Regional Line (ERL) with a lineup of 10 MRT stations is expected to be completed by 2020. Erl Mrt line which is the Singapore’s seventh MRT line is around 21km from Changi to Marina Bay. If Eastern Regional Line is indeed near to where you stay or owned, you may be delighted but also sad. Happy part is the long term property price appreciation after 2020 when ERL MRT track is completed and operational. The sad part is you will have to bear with the consequence or inconveniences due to your properties being near to such sites under construction.
